We gave Cory's Dad his early Christmas present at the beginning of November of getting to drive a race car! It was a beautiful day out and we had so much fun watching him!

This year we had a little genie, cowboy and giraffe! The had fun trick-or-treating and Cooper was adorable yelling "Kank you!" to everyone! This year we opted for the "easy" route for carving. We had the kids draw whatever face they wanted on their pumpkin and Cory carved it for them! This was Cooper's first experience with carving pumpkins and it's safe to say he was not a fan! He liked poking the spoon in the pumpkin but when it came to actually touching it, he was not having it! Here are Kaylin and Lucas's school pictures from this year. How adorable are they?!
We took our family pics while we were back as well....I am pretty happy with how they turned out considering how uncooperative they were ;-) (There are a few cousin pictures in there too with Claire) We made our annual trip back home to go to Deal's with Cory's family. It's so much fun to get all the cousin's together. We also took advantage of the time together to take some updated pictures of the cousins. Considering it's 6 kids under 6, they turned out pretty good!! Before we headed out to Deal's, we made a few special stops, we went out to see Great Grandma Ott's grave for her Birthday and out to see Great Great Grandpa Hap. He always loves a visit from the kids! Look at me, slacking yet again!! Being a mom of 3 is not for the faint of heart! September was a very lo-key month, we spent the majority of our weekends home, catching up on projects and house work and just doing NOTHING!!! It was amazing.... But, here I am now, trying to catch up! Here are a few pics I took one night during our bedtime routine, just a typical night in our house <3 |
