We celebrated Kaylin's 5th birthday the weekend on the 21st. She wanted a "Heart" birthday, because she loves everyone. :-) Which was quite convenient since her birthday is a week after Valentine's Day! It was a joint party for our friends and family to meet Cooper as well. It was so great to be able to celebrate her birthday with all of our loved ones! She was on Cloud 9 and spoiled like crazy! Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate our little princess! (On another note, we just got her Kindergarten registration papers in the mail- *SNIFF*) 5 Year InterviewI did Kaylin's 5 Year interview and here are her answers-

Her teacher said she is very proud and impressed with Kaylin! She is doing great in school :-) Kaylin is such a sweet and sassy little lady! She has a heart of gold and wants nothing but to please you. She a great big sister to her little brothers, always taking care of them. She loves playing with Lucas (most of the time) and it's so great to see their relationship growing. He has her wrapped around his little finger- she will often give up a toy she is playing with just because he wants it (probably because she doesn't want to deal with his tantrum haha). She loves to hold, hug, and kiss Cooper. She is always comforting him, singing her made up songs to him, and making him smile. These boys have hit the jackpot of sisters! She has many friends at school as well. Her memory is as sharp as a tack (she remembers things from her 2nd birthday), yet when I ask her what she did as school that day she cant remember for the life of her! Her personality is changing and becoming more "mature"...she is so animated when she talks to us and has such attitude! She always makes us smile and laugh and we love her to pieces! We couldn't be more proud of the little lady she is becoming. Happy Birthday to our baby girl! May all your dreams come true :-) Here is her 5 year Mongo the Monkey picture! So, it's a little late, we've been very busy these past few weeks! Our sweet little babe is already one month old, it went by so fast! He is such a good, happy baby. He really dishes out his sweet little smiles! He has changed so much these past few weeks and growing like a weed! I look at him and think "Holy cow! When did you get so big?!". We have all gotten into a pretty good routine as a family of 5, although some days it's not easy or smooth sailing, but we are working on it! Here is his one month picture with his puppy, Bongo the Bulldog!
