So, normally I ask my friend to take Kaylin's pictures, but I figured that since I can't take my friend with me to California, I had better attempt to take Kaylin's pictures myself and hope they look semi-professional! So this weekend my newest sister-in-law, Tiffaney, and I went out and took some of Kaylin. Kaylin was VERY cooperative, considering her age, and I thought we got some great pictures, especially considering the photographer haha! And you may be wondering "why 19 months and not 18 months?" Well that is simply because I hadn't gotten a chance until now :) And I know that there are a lot of them...but she is so cute in them it was hard to narrow them down :) Enjoy!

Last week I went in for my 1st untrasound, my mom and Kaylin went with me. I was 12 weeks pregnant so we obviously couldn't find out the sex yet, but we got to see the baby and hear the heart beat for the 1st time. The ultrasound tech said that everything looked good to her! Here are the 1st pictures of our little baby! So, here is my belly picture from 12 weeks.....I don't really think that I look this big always...I must have been having a fat day, or the camera added 10 lbs! Oh well!
So this post is a few weeks late...on the 15th we went to the Des Moines zoo with Bre, her kids and we took my little buddy J that I use to babysit while working at the center. It was a chilly day and the Blank Park Zoo isn't anything special, but it was still fun! Here's a few pictures from our adventure! This last weekend, Kaylin was the flower girl in her Uncle Chad and Aunt Tiffaney's wedding and she did great! She was a little stubborn for pictutres (to be expected from an 18 month old) but was awesome for the ceremony! She trotted right down the aisle with a huge smile on her face, then sat right through the ceremony like an angel (so I had slightly starved her so she would eat throught the whole ceremony, but it worked!). She was precious! She had a blast at the reception showing off her dance moves and finding her way into the photo booth. I plan to post some more pictures when they get the professional ones back, but here are some that I got from the day. All in all it was a great day! Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Ott! |
